I don’t just follow the process — I make sure it’s the right process.
Product Manager with a frontend engineering background. I turned an outsourcing company’s reusable code into TERA, a SaaS platform that grew users from 17K to 30K within five months of launch. I lead a 10-person team, report to the CEO, and use AI every day to get from idea to validated product faster.

TERA: turning outsourcing assets into a SaaS that sells
From reusable code to a revenue line in 4 months
- Context
- The company had years of client-project code but no product of its own. The CEO wanted a platform to sell VinaCAD, TakaCAD and the VCC ecosystem.
- What I did
- Owned execution from January 2026. Reused existing codebases instead of building from scratch, then set up product configuration and marketing flows by May.
- Outcome
- Live since May 2026. Users up 76% and roughly US$76K in revenue by October.

Four habits that keep a team shipping
Start with why
Before any feature I ask why it exists, what it adds to the system and why users need it. Feasibility and approach come after.
US As a PM, I want the reason first, so that we build the right thing.Give options, not excuses
When change requests and bugs pile up before a release, stakeholders get two clear paths: ship on time with the top-priority scope, or move the date with a concrete plan.
US As a client, I want a choice, so that I stay in control.Lift the slowest member
A team is only as fast as its slowest member, so I invest in everyone, not only the strongest.
US As a team, we want no one left behind, so that velocity is real.AI-native by default
AI drafts my plans, specs, reports and code. I build HTML prototypes to check what clients want before development starts.
US As a PM, I want feedback in hours, so that we skip weeks of rework.Eat the food, learn something about me
Snake, in 3D
Each piece of food reveals a fact about Vu. Watch out for the orange bot snake.
